Second Life Sound, a project of Kivfer Holdings Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care. This Privacy Policy outlines what personal information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information.

  • Personal Identification: Name, email, order number, and optionally your location.
  • Testimony & Audio Content: Your recorded or written story, interview responses, and final song.
  • Images & Visual Media: Any photographs or images you provide, optionally used for album artwork, video content, or social media presentation.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data for internal analytics.
  • Communication History: Messages or feedback exchanged with our team.

We do not track your data for advertising purposes, nor do we use third-party ad cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Create your testimony-based worship song.
  • Communicate with you about your story, revisions, and production status.
  • Secure your final approval on your story, lyrics, and final song before any release.
  • Improve our services (with anonymized data or explicit permission).
  • Promote our work (only with your prior consent).
  • Develop supporting visuals (e.g., artwork, reels, lyric videos) for Second Life Sound and its partners’ platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — only with user-provided media and consent.

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or third-party advertising.

3. Story & Identity Approval Rights

You maintain full control and approval over:

  • Your written testimony and its final form.
  • The lyrics of your song.
  • The final song audio before any public release or distribution.

We will not release or share your story, lyrics, or final song without your explicit approval.

4. Promotional Use of Content

We will never use your name, likeness, story details, or any identifying information in public promotional materials, titles, descriptions, or captions unless:

  • You have explicitly approved that specific use.
  • You have given written or recorded consent.

Identifying information includes: your full name, city or region, unique events, recognizable audio/video, or any personal attribute that could reasonably be used to identify you.

Anonymous references or non-identifying phrases may be used unless otherwise requested.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your data. Your story content may be shared only with:

  • Internal team members responsible for crafting your song.
  • Our AI partners (e.g., Suno, ChatGPT) strictly for creative processing.
  • Secure platforms for audio hosting and song delivery.

These tools and vendors do not retain, train on, or reuse your submitted story or audio data beyond the session needed to complete your project.

6. Data Retention

We retain your story and related materials:

  • For the duration needed to complete your project.
  • For up to 24 months afterward for legal, support, or archival purposes.

You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@secondlifesound.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccuracies.
  • Request deletion.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Receive a copy of your data (data portability).
  • Lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.

In Canada, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada to raise a concern.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13 without parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has submitted a story, contact us immediately.

9. Data Security

We use encryption, secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), and internal access controls to protect your data. Only trained, authorized team members may access your story or identifying information.

10. International Transfers

If your data is processed outside Canada, we ensure it is subject to adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you by email or via our website.
